NEET NIGERIA guarantees that the products that you purchase are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal useage during the Limited Warranty Period. The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of purchase from NEET NIGERIA and is limited to either 6 months or 12 months, depending on the product purchased. During the Limited Warranty Period, NEET NIGERIA will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component. All component parts or hardware products removed under this Limited Warranty become the property of NEET NIGERIA. In the unlikely event that your Product has recurring failures, NEET NIGERIA, at its sole discretion, may elect to provide you with a replacement unit of NEET NIGERIA's choosing that is the same or equivalent to your purchased Product in performance NEET NIGERIA also provides the added advantage of free Servicing and periodic Preventive Maintenance during the warranty period.
COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
NEET NIGERIA's Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract ensures the complete and cost effective maintenance of your Gestetner product. The Agreement ensures:
- All Services – Corrective & Preventive for a period of 12 months at a fixed yearly charge payable in advance.
- Fast & Priority Services response by our trained Customer Service Representatives.
- All Spare Parts replacements (not including consumables) are covered with NO EXTRA obligation to our Customer.
- Genuine Spare parts ensure longer life and better performance of the product.
- Complete Software Support & diagnostics at NO EXTRA COST.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (NON- COMPREHENSIVE)
NEET NIGERIA also provides the option of a NON-COMPREHENSIVE Service Agreement which entitles our Customers to the same Quality & Priority of our technical expertise as the COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT. The required spares are charged separately.
